1 - A series of songs by a group of women in the Amazigh / Berber village of Aguelmouss in Ouarzazate Province. These dance songs feature rhythmic accompaniment on the naqus, a percussion instrument which consists of a brass tray which is beaten with iron rods.

0 - At one point, the villagers are discussing Alan Lomax?s recording equipment, possibly mistaking it for a camera (they use the Arabic word for photo, sura).
