0 - Alan Lomax asks Steven Wright who made up "I Woke Up In The Morning." He says twins at his school made it up. Steven says his mother doesn't like when he practices Hambone-style songs. His sister and a few other boys in his class can do it. Sometimes he practices it a whole hour in school. He learned "Hambone" from a boy he met in camp. Alan wonders if the boy came from the South but Steven is sure he was from New York.
