0 - Lomax asks Bessie Jones about the devil's temptations. Jones: Excessive drinking makes people do things they otherwise wouldn't. Lovers of money, gamblers, and rapists are also sinners, and homosexuality is wrong in God's eyes. "There ain't but one way to marry, and that is in love." God doesn't care about a marriage license. The life of "eat, drink, and be merry" as it relates to the Lord. The spirit of God cannot be floated and will live forever in the bottom of the sea.
