0 - Jone's father's parents were 'well-livers' -- they treated others with kindness and were community-minded, saving enough money from year to year to be able to help both themselves and others. Jones never knew her father; when he came to see her once she missed him. She saw him getting on a train but couldn't catch up with him. When in her twenties, she tried to find her father, meeting many people on her quest.
