0 - When Jones was growing up, the whole neighborhood took responsibility for raising the children. Adults disciplined misbehaving children, whether theirs or other people's. Jones talks about spankings her parents gave her and how strict discipline was in her youth, recalling instances when children's legs were completely bloodied from being beaten by straps.
